I had an amazing experience at Bhindi. Raffi was so helpful and made the entire experience simple and enjoyable. I was looking to purchase my first Rolex for some time now and didn’t really know who I can trust to help me out. Once I meet Raffi he made sure that I was taken care of. He took his time and also offered me water while he was preparing to show me some Rolex’s. After looking at all my options Raffi recommended me the Submariner. Today I finally received my very first Rolex, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, Roger! I just had to leave a review because this experience meant so much to me. For years, my parents had dreamed of buying me a Rolex for my first luxury watch. They always believed that a Rolex is timeless—something that never goes out of style and can be treasured for a lifetime. The only problem was that the exact model I wanted was incredibly difficult to find. About a month before my birthday, I visited this boutique without expecting anything and met Roger. I told him how my parents had wanted to buy me a Rolex for years but that we had never been able to find the one I wanted. Roger smiled and told me that although he couldn’t promise how long it would take, he would do everything he could to help me get my watch. Yesterday was my birthday, and then this morning I received the message I had been dreaming of—the exact watch I wanted had arrived! What meant the most to me was that Roger remembered me and kept his promise. He reached out as soon as my watch arrived. I rushed to the boutique right away, and seeing it in person was even more amazing than I imagined. It’s absolutely beautiful, and I honestly don’t want to take it off. I think I might even sleep wearing it tonight! Thank you, Roger, for making this unforgettable moment possible. And thank you to my wonderful parents for such an incredible birthday gift.
